The Thee Lions landed into Manchester Airport, and were greeted with a grey overcast day that contrasted with the sea and sun of Copacobana.

And it was a pretty bleak scene that met them, with no fans or fanfare awaiting them (unlike with Spain, for example).

Mind you, having come home at least 2 weeks earlier than expected, the players were probably happy for the peace and quiet.
