Fans of Netherlands and Argentina are gathering in Sao Paulo ahead of the World Cup semi-final.

Script:

Just hours after Brazilian supporters wandered these streets in shock after watching their side lose 7-1 to Germany on TV. Fans of Argentina and Netherlands are walking to the Corinthians Arena hoping their side will join Germany in the final.

The South Americans are confident they won't suffer the same fate as their neighbours, they've really enjoyed their anti-Brazil songs today and this fan says it will be 3-0 with goals from Lionel Messi and Gonzalo Higuain.

Netherlands will have something to say about that and if they do go through, they're confident of beating their rampant European rivals.

SOUNDBITE (English): Ben Oude Kamphuis, Netherlands fan:

"The Germans looked like they were on fire. And they were, they played well. But they are not unbeatable. No team is unbeatable. So that is what I was saying - if we play well today, like we did against Spain, when we opened, I think we are OK."

For now at least both sets of fans are enjoying themselves, a rarety in Brazil today.
