Spain manager Vicente Del Bosque tried to get on Chile's bus after loss

Friday, June 20, 2014 by YAHOO Sport

Chile beat World Cup holders Spain in convincing fashion, stamping out their chances of advancing. So after the match, amidst talk of the end of an era and major changes to come for Spain, manager Vicente Del Bosque attempted to board Chile's bus.

"I'll just get on the winners' bus because that's what I am and- oh, over here? OK then...OK then."

The volunteer by the door of the bus was clearly holding a sign that designated it was Chile's bus and not Spain's, but in Del Bosque's defense, he was probably too engulfed in the shame of being the first reigning World Cup champions to lose their first two group-stage matches to notice. Also, he wasn't wearing his glasses.

Maybe the volunteers will take pity upon him and let him board Australia's bus after Spain's final group stage match, allowing him to live out his days with the koalas. That would be nice.
