As soon as the final whistle blew on Brazil’s quarter final win over Colombia tonight, a couple of former Chelsea teammates of David Luiz got on Instagram to congratulate Sideshow Bob.
Luis, who’s off to PSG, retains strong bonds and friendships in London, as Eden Hazard and Demba Ba showed with special messages for him.
Hazard congratulated Luiz on his goal, also tagging Oscar, Willian and Ramires, while Ba joked ‘Not bad at all my friend’.
Brazil legend and 2002 winner Rivaldo also added a message for Luiz, highlighting his sportsmanship in wearing James Rodriguez’s shirt at the end of the game, Rivaldo
