France and Nigeria fans have been arriving in Brasilia ahead of their teams' last 16 clash at the World Cup.
The French, World Cup winners in 1998, looked impressive in qualifying from Group E, and their fans appeared to be in buoyant mood ahead of the game against the Africans.
SOUNDBITE (French) Philip Vila, France fan:
"The heat is going to play a vital role this afternoon. It could be a big advantage for the Nigerians. I think that the French are technically a better side and that this will prove to be the difference in what will be a relatively easy win.
Nigeria are in the second round for the first time since 1998.
They'll be underdogs for the game against Les Bleus, but don't say that to the Super Eagles fans.
SOUNDBITE (English) Chioma Anyanwu, Nigeria fan:
"To cheer up Nigeria so we can win this.We need to win this. This cup belongs to Nigeria."
The winner of the encounter will play either Germany or Algeria in the quarter-finals.
