FIFA's decision to ban Luis Suarez from football for four months has angered many in Uruguay, none more so than the country's president. This is him welcoming the rest of the squad back from the World Cup in Montevideo. Here he launched an astonishing attack on World football's governing body.

Asked by the man filming what this World Cup meant to him he replied "That FIFA is a bunch of old sons of whores." The reporter then asks should he publish that, he said "publish it".

And if that wasn't shocking enough, there was more.

This time he said "they could have sanctioned him, but not these fascist sanctions."

Meanwhile Suarez, who has been banned twice for biting other players in the past, has taken to twitter to apologise to the man he bit this time Giorgio Chiellini. He also vowed to never do it again. The Italian has responded by saying all is forgotten and that he hopes FIFA reduce his ban.
