The Cameroonian FA are continuing to investigate after allegations from a German magazine that members of the side helped throw their World Cup game against Croatia.
FIFA have not yet revealed if they have begun their own investigation.
SOUNDBITE (English): Delia Fischer, FIFA spokeswoman
"We do not provide any comments as to whether or not an investigation is underway with regard to any alleged manipulation in any match amongst others, so as to not compromise any possible investigations."
"The integrity of the game is a top priority for FIFA and as such we take any allegations of match manipulation very seriously."
Meanwhile in the country's capital Yaounde, Cameroonians have been mixed in their reaction.
SOUNDBITE (French) Serges Mvondo, Yaounde resident:
"There is no match fixed. No one fixed the game. I say it because the referee did not put the ball in the goal of our goalkeeper, he did not take the ball to shoot the penalty: No. It is the players who played and the opponents were stronger than us. Why? Because, there is no harmony in our national team."
SOUNDBITE (French) Bienvenu Amougou, Yaounde resident:
"If the match was really fixed as I think, that's means we should look at the Fecafoot (Cameroon's football federation) and Ministry of Sport level. I think that a single player could not sell the match."
Cameroon were knocked out in the group stage after defeats against Croatia as well as hosts Brazil and Mexico.
