How about this for a welcome. After Brazilian footballer Kaka was formally introduced as a Orlando City player, he addressed fans just before they watched the World Cup match between USA and Belgium on a big screen.
The former AC Milan and Real Madrid midfielder was once considered one of the best players in the World. He won the Champions League, Serie A and the 2002 World Cup.
His contract in Milan had expired and so he was free to join the MLS club.
The 32-year-old has signed a three-and-a-half year deal and will play his first league match when the season gets underway in January.
You can't help thinking, he's going to enjoy it here.
