Cabecao, the 'psychic' Turtle at Praia do Forte's Project Tamar aquarium in Brazil, picks the host nation to beat Germany in the World Cup semi-final - eventually.

Script:

He's under pressure after some poor predictions but Brazil fans will hope Cabecao the 'psychic' Turtle has got his semi final prediction right.

Its a pretty simple procedure, there's a sardine attached to each flag and whichever he eats is his choice of winner.

For Brazil v Germany he initially went for a German victory, but using his immense psychic powers he eventually decided that Brazil will go through as he gobbled that sardine.

So far he's got more wrong than right but the aquarium manager thinks his turtle has got a hard exterior and isn't affected by it.

SOUNDBITE (Portuguese) Gustavo Milan, Project Tamar spokesperson:

"Cabecao outdid himself. This time he went for the German flag, nibbled a little of the German sardine, but he did not eat it. He went to the Brazil flag and devoured the Brazil sardine. It will be Brazil."

The hopes of a nation hang on Cabecao getting it right this time.
