13/07/2014 from:SNTVIntro:
Rio de Janeiro is gearing up to host the final of the 2014 FIFA World Cup on Sunday.
Script:
The 2014 World Cup has rushed by and it's already time for the final.
Germany will face Argentina on Sunday in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil's most spectacular city.
The statue of Christ the Redeemer watches over this crazy, chaotic, beautiful place.
Brasilia is this country's capital, but this World Cup is focused here, it's estimated six hundred thousand fans have visited during the tournament, many of them from just across the border in Argentina.
70,000 of them are expected here on Sunday but the atmosphere in the Maracana will be mixed for the South Americans as Brazil fans are likely to cheer for Germany.
The Europeans ended the hosts dream of winning here in emphatic style. Brazil 1 Germany 7 is a result that will live long in the memory.
That has hurt pride here, they will be determined to put on a show for this great competition's final act.
